Dear Education is a Latina-owned small business based in Phoenix, Arizona, founded with a deep commitment to educational equity and excellence. We believe that all students, regardless of their socioeconomic background, deserve access to high-quality education and the opportunity to thrive. One of the most effective ways to support that vision is by strengthening the operational backbone of schools and the organizations that serve them.

With over 15 years of experience in school finance, facility finance, and operations, we’ve seen firsthand how behind-the-scenes systems can either empower school leaders or hold them back. That’s why we launched Dear Education: to ensure that no school closes its doors due to financial mismanagement, operational inefficiencies, or lack of access to the right support.

We work with school leaders, education support organizations, underwriters, and authorizers to:

• Improve data transparency and storytelling

• Prevent fiscal crises before they begin

• Foster sustainable growth for schools and networks
